There is also a gift shop off the main room that has very nice gifts. I’m sure it’s only a small part of what keeps this place running. You can go into the Nature Center for free but they ask for donations. The boardwalk is almost half a mile with a couple of side trails. Parking which is to the south and attached to the Golf Course and the Gumbo Limbo Nature Center. I walked on the Gumbo Limbo boardwalk that’s between Ocean Blvd. And at the night there were spectacular fireworks I was also able to witness a turtle nest hatching which is beautiful. I was there at the fourth of July when the city hosted a beautiful concert with country and rock singers. In monsoon months a number of turtle nests can be spotted. The white walls that separates the road from the sand is divided into segments for tower areas with very thoughtful names and artistic gates. The beach itself is lined with beautiful lush green palm trees, that is perfect for photos and otherwise just guides you to the pristine white sand. The beach road is lined with cool shacks and big big prestigious hotels that can cater to your wildest requests and host the most amazing parties you would have ever witnessesd.
